  • 4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter flavoring
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 8 oz. tub of cool whip
  • 1/4 cup cream soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream and mix well.
  4. Gradually mix in sugar, then add eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract, butter flavoring, butterscotch sauce, cream soda, and butterscotch chips until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth out the top.

  8. Cool gradually in the oven with the door ajar for about an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours.
