  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (plus more to taste)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak until browned on all sides; set aside.
  2. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook rigatoni until al dente. Reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Add salt, pepper, and extra Cajun seasoning as needed.
