  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season sliced chicken with salt and pepper and sauté until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and toss in green beans. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, combine with soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes if desired. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
