  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz linguine
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs.
  2. Sear meatballs in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, prepare the garlic butter sauce by melting butter and adding garlic; stir in lemon juice and return meatballs.
  4. Cook linguine as per package instructions; reserve pasta water.
  5. In a saucepan, combine butter and heavy cream; add Parmesan until melted. Adjust consistency with pasta water.
  6. Serve meatballs over creamy linguine and garnish with additional parsley and Parmesan.
