  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 2 tsp vinegar (substituted for Worcestershire sauce)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for about 30 minutes.
  2. Grill shrimp on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet for easier rolling.
  5. Spread dressing on each tortilla; add grilled shrimp and chopped romaine lettuce.
  6. Roll tightly and serve immediately.
