  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound shredded brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, crumbling as it cooks. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, green onions, soy sauce, and sriracha for flavor. Once browned, remove from skillet and keep warm.
  2. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil and sauté the shredded brussels sprouts with salt and pepper until caramelized.
  3. Combine the cooked beef back into the skillet with sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Stir until everything is well-coated.
