- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced white mushrooms
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F. In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce, salt, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder; heat on low for about 5 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a 14-inch circle on a pizza stone. Leave an inch around the edges for crust.
- Spread half of the sauce onto the dough and create a spiderweb pattern with shredded mozzarella.
- Prepare mushroom slices as spooky skulls by cutting small lines and holes, then place on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Slice fresh mozzarella into ghost shapes and add on top; bake for another 2 minutes.
