  • 1/4 cup unsalted sweet cream butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy; mix in peanut butter.
  4. Add egg and vanilla; combine well.
  5. Gradually stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and coat in sugar before placing on baking sheets.
