  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Crusty French or Italian bread (or whole wheat/gluten-free if preferred)
  • Garlic powder for brushing
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Additional Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the seasoned chicken in olive oil for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest.
