  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 (15.25-ounce) box vanilla cake mix
  • ½ cup neutral oil (vegetable or canola)
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and lightly flour a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs; beat until smooth.
