  • Navy beans
  • Chicken stock/broth
  • Kale
  • Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions; set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add crumbled sausage and brown.
  3. Stir in sliced leeks, fennel, parsnip, carrot, celery, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; sauté until tender.
