  • ¼ cup plain yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, yogurt, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, and all spices.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
