  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • Mini chocolate chips (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine brownie mix, egg, water, and oil; mix until smooth.
  3. Bake for 26-31 minutes until edges are crispy and center is set. Cool for 30 minutes.
  4. Crumble cooled brownies into a food processor, add cream cheese, and pulse until combined.
  5. Form small balls from the mixture and place on parchment-lined baking sheet; freeze for at least one hour.
  6. Melt white chocolate according to package directions; dip each pop into melted chocolate.
