Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and nutmeg.
