  • 1 cup granulated sugar (total)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (divided into melted and browned)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan or line with parchment paper.
  3. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the pan and refrigerate.
  4. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar, flour, vanilla bean paste, and salt until well combined.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in sour cream and lemon juice until combined.
